Thailand real estate

Co-Ownership

Definition

Formal condominium co-ownership regime in Thailand, governed by the Condominium Act B.E. 2522. The Co-Owner holds an exclusive share of private space (their unit) plus an undivided share of common areas (swimming pool, lobby, gym, garden). They participate in decisions at the AGM (Annual General Meeting), pay the monthly CAM Fee (Common Area Maintenance), and contribute to the sinking fund for major repairs. The Juristic Office manages the condominium on a day-to-day basis.
