Every year Thailand attracts thousands of French buyers: quality of life, climate, rental yields above 5% and appealing taxation for tax residents. But the legal framework is demanding: a foreigner cannot own land freehold, and each province has its own specifics.

2014
Founded in Pattaya
Eric Auguin founds the agency to meet the demand of French speakers wanting to invest in Thai real estate with a trusted point of contact.
2017
First legal network
Signing of the first partnerships with French-speaking law firms specialising in Thai land law (Chanote, leasehold, BOI structures).
2020
Digital platform
Launch of the web platform: multilingual search, enriched property listings (gross yield, ROI, FET status) and a virtual viewing system.
2023
Nationwide coverage
Expansion to Phuket, Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Hua Hin. Over 100 properties in portfolio, a bilingual team of 12 people.
