TM30 (Foreigner Registration)

Definition

Mandatory notification to immigration of a foreigner's place of residence within 24 hours of arrival at a new address in Thailand. The declaration is filed by the property owner or hotel/condo manager using the TM30 form (paper or online portal). Without an up-to-date TM30, any visa extension will be refused. TM30 is also required after each return from foreign travel. Our rental management service includes TM30 filing for expatriate property owners.
