Definition
Three long-stay visa variants for foreign retirees aged 50 and above: (1) Non-O Retirement = 1 year renewable, requiring either 800,000 THB deposited in a Thai bank or monthly income of 65,000 THB, with no mandatory insurance; (2) O-A Long Stay = 1 year renewable, same financial conditions plus health insurance compliant with the 2019 Decree (40,000 USD outpatient + 400,000 USD inpatient coverage); (3) O-X Super Retirement = 5 + 5 years, requiring 3,000,000 THB in bank deposit, restricted to 14 nationalities (France included), with mandatory health insurance.
