Definition
Obligation for all foreign residents holding a long-stay visa to report their address in Thailand every 90 days via the TM47 form, either online (Immigration Bureau portal), by postal mail, or in person. The 90-day counter restarts with each exit/entry of the territory or visa renewal. Failure to report triggers a 2,000 THB fine and complicates future renewals. Elite Visa and LTR holders are exempt from the 90-day report requirement.
