Definition

Monthly condominium charge billed to the Co-Owner to cover routine maintenance of common areas (security, cleaning, landscaping, swimming pool, elevators, water for common areas, common area electricity and lighting). In Thailand, the monthly Maintenance Fee ranges from 25 to 80 THB/m² depending on the condominium category. For a 50 m² unit in Pattaya, expect 1,500 to 3,000 THB/month. For an 80 m² unit in a high-end Bangkok condominium, 4,000 to 6,400 THB/month.
