Definition

Detailed inventory of movable property and general condition of the dwelling, signed by the landlord and tenant at move-in and move-out. In Thailand, the inventory check is crucial—it serves as the reference point for deposit deduction or refund decisions. Our service uses a digital application with 80–150 high-resolution photographs, meter readings (water, electricity, air-conditioning split units), and numbered movable property inventory. Electronic signatures are legally accepted.
