Work Permit (WP3 / WP10)

Définition

Autorisation de travail thaïe délivrée par le Department of Employment, indispensable pour tout étranger qui exerce une activité rémunérée en Thaïlande. WP3 = formulaire de demande initiale ; WP10 = work permit livre bleu remis après acceptation. Conditions : société thaï avec capital libéré ≥ 2 M THB par étranger, ratio 4 thaï : 1 étranger (1:1 pour BOI), salaire minimum selon nationalité (50 000 THB pour France). Doit être associé à un visa Non-B Business valide. Délai 4-8 semaines.
