Nong Prue

Nong Prue, commonly known as Pattaya Klang (Central Pattaya), is the city's central residential district, set inland away from the beach. Quieter and more affordable than the seafront, it holds around three dozen listings: townhouses, pool villas in gated moo baan estates and mid-range condos favoured by families and permanent residents. Its central position gives quick access to international schools, major hospitals, Sukhumvit Road and malls such as The Avenue. Buyers here look for everyday convenience, more space for their budget and immediate proximity to services. It is a prime area for full-time living rather than seasonal rentals, with attractive per-square-metre prices and good upside as Pattaya keeps expanding.
